I think every human have right to get respect and we should support the non-binary persons and give them equal importance as we give to normal pepole of other gender. We should make them comfortable and call them by they or them or we should ask them which gender or name they wanted to be called as. These pronouns are necessary to show acceptance and affirmation to to an individual in order to give them a sense of reassurance that they belong in this world and that they are not being judge for who they are and who they are not.
I think people should ask them first what gender they would like to get called by and try some way to make them feel comfortable because we all human.
it’s not that there is something wrong with gendered pronouns; it’s just that the pronouns “he” and “she” comes with a certain set of expectations about how someone should express their identity and relate to the world. For many people, gender normativity can get in the way of self-expression—so the words “he” or “she” can feel limiting. “Some people have a gender identity that is non-binary, and conventional pronouns have the effect of assigning them a binary identity.

Nonbinary Spanish Pronouns are important because unlike English language and some other languages, Spanish language has 'ella' for feminine specifically and 'el' for masculine specifically and it is very strict. In English and some other languages, the plural form 'they' can be used to substitute 'him' or 'her' to refer to someone nonbinary or transgender. In Spanish 'elle' is a new word and a pronoun emerging as a means of acceptance and new identity in Spanish language to refer to nonbinary and transgender individual, according to this article.
There are already some pronoun/s being used in different languages to include the experiences of nonbinary and transgender persons such as they/them/theirs which is most widely used in English language. However, each an every individual or group might have a pronoun of their own preference; in which case it is always better to ask than assume, like we learned from the video. In any case, any gender pronoun/s regardless of gender/s must be used politely and sincerely.
And more we practice this behavior and more we make others in our surroundings and society aware of this, more it will be easier for us to include the experiences of trans and nonbinary persons, and gender binarism that has become so much of a social and political issue and generates violence will begin to diminish and disappear one day.
The pronouns we can use to help "recognize the experience of trans and nonbinary persons" can be he, she, her ,him, or thou. Even if we do not agree with what people would like to be addressed as we still have to respect what or how people would like to be called.
We should call them by respectfully like we should call them by he or she. I think they are spending their life normally if we stand with them and treat them as a human. In some countries people didn't treat transgender / no binary well because they think they don't have right like normal people. I think we should respect their decisions and they should get same right and values in their culture.
I think, the reason why people use pronon it help to identify the gender of the person identity. And it is very important for many of us to identifie how it is good to people know who you are. Language is taking place of our life that way we use pronon in our attitude. We have to understand each other people have to respect how they want you to call them, in addition to have tolerance in a society.
They, them, X or other words that a person feels comfortable describing themselves and identify with should be regular words in making a person feel accepted and acknowledged for who they are. Spanish nonbinary pronoun/s are important as a sense of respect, expressing identity and making one feel safe and comfortable within social spaces. These pronoun/s are important to show acceptance and acknowledgement to a person to give a sense of reassurance that they fit into the environment they are in, making sure they don’t feel judged for who they are and who they are not. For Garcia the word “Elle” didn’t mean "he" nor "she" but who Gracia resonated with.
Gender pronouns are a vital part of how people interact with one another. They help make it easier for nouns such as names, allowing people to quickly exchange information about themselves. Some non-binary people in Spanish refer to themselves using "El" or "Ella," and other non-binary people use different pronouns. It's important because that is the way they want to represent.
I think we should ask them first what genders they would like us to call them as. Or call them as they or this person etc. I feel like most of the trans/non binary get bullied for who they are and they shouldn’t be. It’s important for us to stand with them and respect there decision.
It's all about respect. Period. Respecting each other as humans & as spirit's. If an individual chooses to be called by a certain title, it is within their right as a human in this world to bare whatever label or title they want. The rest of humanity should be considerate regarding any and all individuals who make these changes and choices in their life. The importance of all this is for humanity to respect each other, leading with love, compassion & understanding.
